This site does not store any illegal files on its server. We only index and link (in plain text) to content provided by other sites. None of these files are uploaded, hosted, or transmitted by our server. It’s all text and links (like Google search indexes) that are provided solely by this site’s users. Users find posts on other internet blogs and forums and then share and post them here in order to share what they consider to be good content.
All sources found here are hosted on third-party sites like Nitroflare, Prefiles, File-Up, Ddownload, Hitfile, etc. Any problems with sources should be reported directly to the appropriate third-party websites. Please note that emailing your complaint to our supplier will not expedite your request and may result in a delay in response due to the incorrect submission of your complaint.
If you are an individual developer and believe that your files are being shared by some of our users, you should find the actual links and submit a report or DMCA notice to the free hosting server where your copyrighted material is actually stored.
However, we may remove links to files from our site at any time if the copyright owner so requests. A claim for copyright infringement must include the following:
- Evidence that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted material that is allegedly infringed
- Sufficient contact information, including a valid email address, so that we can contact you.
- Identification of the copyrighted work infringed, including at least one search term under which the material appears in our search results
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the report is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Once we report a violation, we will investigate and take appropriate action to remove the offending material. Please note that we will not be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, if you submit false information that infringes your copyright. We encourage you to seek legal advice before filing an infringement notice
